This is a private training event for those part of the Lansing CEO Peer group facilitated by Kevin Suboski.

Registering companies can bring as many as six employees that currently or will be working on their hiring initiatives. This workshop will present a number of The Hire Effect tools (all in Microsoft Suite formats), an operational way to think about culture, and set the team on their way to coordinate well around hiring.

The basic agenday includes training and tailoring:

THE Right Fit excel tool for the identification of an ideal employee
THE Obstacle Course for candidates for a position identified by the team
– design and implementation of “assignments”
– design and implementation of interview scripts
THE Proof – practice making assessments and doing group interviews
