About Miche Rayment

Miche Rayment has been designing human systems for change since the late 80s, starting at
Chevrolet’s Customer Assistance Center. Change initiatives since then have
included Regional Entrepreneurial Collaboration for the State of Michigan, Great Lakes Entrepreneurs’
Quest, and her most recent initiative The Hire EffectTM (THE). She’s the author of The Hire EffectTM – Hire
for Culture and Skill. It is a collection of her work to affect change focused on educating businessleaders to hire for themselves, making sure to get a great cultural and skills match.

Working with startup and growth focused businesses and using THE SystemTM, Miche is moving how
small business leaders think about and do hiring, in part by giving business leadership an actionable
way to talk about and choose the right people for their culture. Miche incorporates the fundamentals of
philosophy, psychology, biology and anthropology in her work to ensure the success of change
initiatives.
